Vintage 1930s Bacon & Day "Lyric" tenor banjo, serial #31263 — a rare, well-crafted example from one of the era’s premier makers. Features a 11" head, 23.25" scale with 19 frets, ebony fingerboard with mother-of-pearl inlays, three-ply maple/walnut/maple neck, five-ply maple body with walnut outer layer, 24 lugs and a brass tone hoop. Beautiful vintage tone and museum-quality workmanship.
