Rim is kiln-dried old wood dredged from the “Lost Forest” in the depths of Lake Superior and turned into a superior tone machine by Tony Pass. Railroad spikes installed at frets 7,8,9, & 10.
This is a 2007 model, and includes the Stelling compensated nut, Stelling adjustable tailpiece, and all other original Stelling Hardware. The original Stelling hardshell case is included. The condition is near-mint, save for some typical tarnish on the nickel parts and armrest. A beautiful banjo, with tone to match. Kind of the dream…a nearly-new Stelling at a “used” price.
